The Raw Milk Cheese comes from an Amish Farm owned by Amos Miller, operating as Miller Farms. Miller Farms is listed as a supplier of Raw Cheese in the Weston A. Price Foundation's, "Weston Journal". Mr. Miller makes and ages all of the Raw Milk Cheese on his farm. Raw Milk Cheese that is aged for 60 days or more is very low in moisture and high in acid which means that pathogens can not survive.

The Amish still live very simply. Their animals are truly free-range and highly respected. Most everything in the process is still done by hand with attention to every detail. We are excited to be able to bring this homeade, delicious product to our customers directly from the Amish farmer.
