Fish

When we decided to offer additional products high in Omega 3 essential nutrients, we began looking for salmon and other fish that are caught in a place that is still considered pristine. We are proud to be able to offer salmon from the Copper River in Alaska. The Copper River is in South Central Alaska within the Wrangell-Saint Elias National Park. Millions of wild salmon spawn in the Copper River Watershed which drains a large region of the beautiful Wrangell and Chugach Mountain ranges into the Gulf of Alaska. The Copper River is also known for its extensive delta ecosystem which includes the world's largest population of trumpeter swans.

The season for fishing for salmon in the Copper River is short, only running from May through September. Our wild salmon are flash frozen immediately and come directly from the Alaskan fishery. Wild salmon is rich in color and taste, all natural and can be prepared in a variety of cooking techniques.

We also offer pacific Alaskan Halibut on a limited basis. Alaskan Halibut fishing is strictly controlled to prevent overfishing. The halibut is also flash frozen at the catch site to preserve the delicate flavor. Halibut is an ultra-low fat, firm textured fish with a very clean taste. It is typically broiled or baked and can be fried. We enjoy the buttery flavor of pan-frying.

Add some variety to your menu with all natural, wild caught Alaskan salmon or halibut.
